• Designing and implementing a Compliance Framework and conducting Compliance Risk Assessment
• Tracking of regulatory guidelines and their implementation
• Providing clarification to stakeholders on regulatory queries
• Vetting of product/process notes, policies
• Conducting Compliance Monitoring/Testing as per the Plan approved by the ACB
• Submission of periodical Board/ACB Notes
• Designing and implementing an effective Compliance learning module
• Monitoring and ensuring submission of RBS Tranche data to RBI
• Co-ordinating RBI inspections and arrange for submitting prompt and comprehensive Management responses.
• Ensure timely implementation of Risk Mitigation Plan
• Put in place a process to ensure integrity of regulatory reporting.

Work Experience :

• 2-10 years of experience in Compliance/ Audit/ Risk Management functions in Banks /Consulting / NBFCs/ Fintech.
