Must have good knowledge to provide specification of mechanical components to customers based on our product specification. Handle technical queries from customers such as suggesting correct part codes based on customer s requirement and timely submission of Quotation. Field visits to customers on daily basis. To add new customers and distributers and handle business of existing customers. Regular follow up with customers through telephonically or emails for order processing and new business.
