What is Needed for the Role
● Should have the ability to interact, liaise and coordinate with agencies, work with multiple stakeholders internally to drive the organization objectives.
● Take initiatives and be responsible for brand strategy and brand building across global markets.
● Own-up all marketing communications to be driven by the organization.
● Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
● Excellent written and oral communications skills.
● Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement.
● Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
● 3 - 5 years of experience in a hands-on digital marketing position with an IT company.
What You Will Work On
● Creation of marketing programs and campaignsto generate salesleads and to acquire new customers.
● Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including Email, SEM, SEO,Social media, and display advertising campaigns.
● Continuously come-up with thoughts and ideas for story boarding; includes Video scripts and shots, Leadership journeys, employee career growth, blogs, customer testimony, and POVsDefine, plan, and execute the digital marketing strategy.
● Establish,implement, and measure the effectiveness of digital advertising initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of our Risk Management Products and Software Development Services.
● Work on market demand generation thoughts, especially for the new markets we want to penetrate from an organization perspective.
● Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
● Basic content writing on the subject matter will be essential.
● Build PR activity for the external interface of the company.
● Independently driven market led events working closely with field sales team and partners in the market.
● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
● Create and execute an annual content calendar identifying potential marketing opportunities, events & event participations.
● Work closely with the sales teams to identify market requirements and trends to continuously tailor content to the specific needs of our customers.
