Job Summary:

Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Commercial & Industrial sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects in coordination with internal teams.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project sales in commercial/industrial sectors (preferably in EPC, construction, or manufacturing industries).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
