Role Overview:

Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Segment Manager for the Electrical division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the electrical segment, including strategy development, project execution, team management, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Management:
Develop and implement strategies to grow the electrical segment in alignment with organizational goals.
Identify market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company's footprint in the electrical sector.
Project Oversight:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and guide the electrical segment team to achieve performance objectives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Address client needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Budget and Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets for the segment.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency in all projects.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare detailed reports on segment performance, including KPIs and financial metrics.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
