Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

• Account Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Customer Success:
• Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor client usage and identify potential issues.
• Proactively address client needs and anticipate future requirements.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Share best practices and knowledge with team members.
