Role & responsibilities

Required Chartered Accountant

with experience in Review the accounting activities for Solar/ Renewable business at the Holding Company and SPV level Review of Standalone financials monthly and on annual basis

submit the same after analysis to the Management, Board, Auditors and Financial Institutions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to accounts.

Co-ordinate timely Outsourced Accounting Team, Statutory Auditors, and for Internal Financial Controls.

Ensuring relevant schedules in relation to audit are prepared by the Outsourced Accounting Team and reviewing the same Providing various documentation to Auditors in relation to Internal Financial Controls and Statutory Audit  team member who will be assisting in taxation related matters like: Supporting in Annual Income Tax return filing Monthly TDS return filing and payments Assistance in scrutiny and other tax related matters Supporting in monthly filings of GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B Annual GST Return filing Assisting in GST registrations
