Program Manager/Project Manager (5-10 yrs)

Title : Program Manager / Project Manager

Experience : 5 years +

Location : Mumbai

Core Module Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following SAP modules:

- FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)

- MM (Materials Management)

- SD (Sales and Distribution)

- PP/QM (Production Planning/Quality Management)

Project Management Experience:

Managed multiple (at least 2) S/4HANA projects, including:

- Greenfield implementations

- Brownfield conversions/migrations

- Experience in both international and domestic project settings.

Stakeholder Management:

- Proven ability to manage and engage with foreign stakeholders, addressing the complexities of working across different cultures and business practices.

Program Management Skills (for Program Manager role):

- 1.5x capabilities compared to standard Project Managers.

- Experience in handling added complexities of S/4HANA projects, including:

Integration with side components such as:

- Central Finance (CFin)

- Group Reporting

- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

- Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)

- Ariba

- Any other relevant SAP implementations

Additional Skills:

- Strong understanding of SAP landscape and architecture.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Educational Background:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering).

- Relevant certifications in SAP and project management (e.g., PMP, SAP certification).
