Job Description
We are seeking motivated fresh diploma in electronics or electrical engineering to join our team as Diploma Engineer Trainees. The role involves intensive training, after which successful candidates will transition into the position of Junior Engineer for device Installation and Service. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel extensively across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in the training program covering installation procedures, service techniques, and troubleshooting practices.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of electronic/electrical equipment at client sites.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and provide feedback for product enhancements.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Strong foundational knowledge in electronics or electrical engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
