Job description

Suraj Laboratories is looking forward to hire professionals at various levels of the Marketing & Sales team. The candidate must have proven capability in directly handling customers of major companies in regulatory and non-regulatory markets (India, Asia, Mena, US & EU) for APIs, Intermediates, and KSMs.

Business development:

1) Generating new leads. Identifying the opportunity in the new regions/ customers for the respective products.

2) Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy for the API division.

3) Manage a network of Channel partners and end customers.

4) Sending quotations, specifications, samples and other details for closure of API sales orders.

5) Monitoring EXIM Data Conducting market research and competitor analysis. Achieving Monthly sales targets as assigned by the company.

6) Coordinating and attending pharma exhibitions, fixing the appointments, preparation of meeting agendas.

7) Travel within India and internationally to meeting customers as and when required.

Marketing and Sales:

1) Follow up with existing customers for the repeat orders & preparing forecast for the products to plan the production.

2) Handling customer complaints and query by coordinating with internal departments such as Administration, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, QA, QC, Production, Logistics etc.

3) Keeping track of Registration of the products in the respective markets.

4) Arranging Customer and regulatory Audits.

5) Timely follow-ups on Payments.

6) Interact with Logistics / SCM for Pre-shipment and post shipment docs.
