Role & responsibilities

• Planning: Create production plans and schedules based on product demand
• Scheduling: Arrange jobs in the order they should be processed
• Communication: Work with the sales team to get demand data and communicate with other departments to keep plans on track
• Execution: Follow up on production to ensure that everything is going according to plan
• Optimization: Optimize resources like manpower, equipment, and materials
• Procurement: Develop procurement charts based on production plans

• Superb written and verbal communication skills
