Senate Marketing - Graphic Designer (1-3 yrs)

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute creative concepts for various digital and print projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, advertisements, and website content.

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.

- Produce high-quality graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

- Create and edit video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the highest quality standards.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in an agency setting.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects is a must.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating your creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.

- Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Experience in creating both static and dynamic visual content, including videos and animations.

- Ability to take direction and feedback constructively while also being able to work independently.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
