- SailPoint Identity IQ support (or) Sailpoint Identity IQ administration (or) Sailpoint Identity IQ operations
- Access request provisioning/deprovisioning
- Monitoring tasks
- Monitoring workflows
- Batch processing bulk upload
- Executing reports
- Joiner/Mover/Leavers (or) JML (or) Lifecycle events
- Monitoring server health check
- Experience with SOD policies
- Certification campaign launch
- Password management
- Checking logs and audits
- Worked with entitlement catalog
