Team Leader- Immediate Joiner-Hyderabad- WFO

Role and responsibilities are as below

Job Title: Team Lead

Reports to: MDM Operations Manager

Roles and responsibilities -

1. Team Supervision Manage, support, and guide team members to meet performance targets and operational goals.
2. Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
3. Performance Monitoring – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure team members meet quality and efficiency standards.
4. Problem-Solving – Address operational challenges, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and implement solutions quickly.
5. Communication & Coordination – Act as a bridge between teams, departments, and senior management to ensure smooth operations.
6. Training & Development – Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to improve team skills and performance.
7. Resource Management – Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure efficient use of resources.
8. Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and prepare operational reports.
9. Customer & Stakeholder Management – Address customer inquiries, handle escalations, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
10. Crisis Management – Handle emergencies, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity during disruptions.

Requirements:

Mandatory Skill Set:

• 5-8 years of Experience in Master Data Management/Supply Chain pharmaceutical/biologicals manufacturing domain.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Team Lead/SME/Process Expert role
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation. Able to interact with and influence individuals up to Director level across the Site/Business.
