Job Description
Specialization Process Knowledge of HMC, VMC, CNC Programming
Skill Required
- Knowledge from Manufacturing Industry, able to work in shifts, knowledge of Operating, programming, Setting CNC, VMC, HMC, Fixture, QMS and Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production
- Man power planning and handling in the shift.
- Must be able to understand WI, Critical, Major & Minor parameters of Product.
- Knowledge of configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability
- To implement the in process rejections and take corrective actions to prevent the rejections.
- To Follow up "5S", Kaizen on shop floor and "SAFETY NORMS" being followed during their shift.
- Positive attitude and Leadership Quality
Good Experience & Instrument handing Vernier / Micrometre / APG Pistol / Calliper / Guages
