Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
Develop effective ad strategies for diverse campaign goals, including traffic, conversions, and retargeting.
Create detailed, actionable reports to assess performance, track KPIs, and guide decision-making using data from Google, Meta, GA4, and Shopify.
Use Excel or Google Sheets to manage and organize data for easy accessibility and reporting.
2. Ad Copy and Creatives:
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
Perform A/B testing to identify high-performing elements.
3. Data Analysis:
Extract insights from campaign data and other tools like Meta and Google dashboards, GA4, and Shopify, to support ongoing optimization and strategy adjustments.
Prepare and maintain dashboards for easy, real-time tracking of campaign metrics.
4. CRM Campaign Execution & Strategy:
Strategize and execute CRM campaigns to engage existing customers, boost retention, and drive repeat purchases.
Use tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms to design, schedule, and monitor email and SMS campaigns.
Analyze CRM campaign performance to refine segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
Work closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment between paid and owned media strategies.
5. Agency Coordination:
Act as a liaison with our external agency to ensure timely communication and execution of campaign and creative requirements.
Ensure all assets, creative briefs, and data requests are provided to the agency on time and that deliverables align with campaign objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Hands-on experience in managing or supporting Google and Meta ad campaigns, with a strong grasp of data analysis and performance reporting is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for creating reports and dashboards; experience in GA4 and Shopify data analysis is a plus.
Attention to Detail: A thorough approach to tracking metrics, interpreting data, and identifying trends.
Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with agencies and internal stakeholders.
