Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Design Projects : Oversee product design projects for our clients customer app, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers
- Conduct UX Research : Stay close to user preferences by conducting UX research and draw actionable insights to drive business outcomes
- Guide UX Designers : Collaborate with and guide UX designers on best practices, ensuring timely delivery of all projects
- Facilitate Collaboration : Conduct brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to ensure maximum collaboration
- Monitor & Adapt : Monitor the impact of design decisions on users behavior, record findings, and incorporate learnings into future work to maximize impact
- Manage Design System : Work closely with the Visual Designer, UI Designer, and Tech team to manage the Design System
Must have Skills:
- Mobile Experience : Extensive experience delivering product features on Android and iOS applications
- Business Impact Understanding : Strong understanding of how design impacts business Tool Proficiency : Figma
- Tier 1 Pedigree , preferably - NIFT, NID, MIT School of Design
