Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Supervise and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring full compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. Report project updates, milestones, and potential risks to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
2. Technical Expertise & Site Management: Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, survey reports, and other technical documents to guide the construction process effectively. Provide technical guidance to the team to resolve construction challenges promptly.
3. Resource & Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal project efficiency. Monitor project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
4. On-Site Supervision: Ensure construction activities on-site are being carried out according to the approved project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Maintain daily manpower register and manage labor allocation.
5. Procurement & Material Management: Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of construction materials, ensuring their quality and compliance with industry standards.
6. Risk & Safety Management: Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to avoid project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards. Enforce safety regulations on-site and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders, and quality control measures. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for review by stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in site supervision or construction management in the real estate sector.
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and project management practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
