Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead the end-to-end finance and accounting functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Finalize accounts and manage book-keeping activities for timely and accurate financial reporting.
Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, manage treasury and banking operations, and optimize liquidity.
Review and draft contracts, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
Drive cost accounting initiatives and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including direct taxation (Income & Corporate Tax) and indirect taxation (GST/VAT/Excise).
Spearhead internal controls and process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee fixed asset accounting, MIS reporting, and data analytics for informed financial decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Proven experience (10\u201315 years) in managing finance and accounting operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, tax compliance, and process improvement.
Strong proficiency in AP/AR, audit coordination, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and MIS reporting.
Adept at contract review, corporate governance, and financial reporting.
Ability to manage teams effectively and foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to liaise with senior management.
