Job Overview:

The Head of Supply Chain & Sourcing will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process. This role includes the development, sourcing, and execution of supply chain strategies, ensuring product availability, quality, and timely delivery. The position requires a deep understanding of global sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships, as well as expertise in working within kids' products category.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Management:

- Develop and manage sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality compliance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely procurement of materials.

- Lead vendor negotiations to optimize costs and terms.

- Sourcing experience in innerwear or cotton garments is mandatory.

Operations Management:

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to final delivery.

- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.

- Analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Technology and Systems:

- Utilize Unicommerce or similar platforms for inventory and order management.

- Drive digital transformation in supply chain processes to improve visibility and decision-making.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing supply chain team.

- Ensure collaboration across departments to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a D2C company.

- Expertise: Proven ability to manage both sourcing and operations effectively.

- Sourcing Focus: Mandatory experience in sourcing innerwear or cotton garments.

- Technical Skills: Experience with Unicommerce or similar supply chain management platforms is highly preferred.

- Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Requirements: Candidate must be willing to work from Bhiwandi, Monday to Friday.
