Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients, directing them to the right personnel.
Handle phone calls and emails, routing them as needed.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
Maintain front desk organization and office supplies.
Assist with mail distribution, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure proper security procedures for visitors and staff.
Support staff with travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; office admin or hospitality qualifications are a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
