Job Opportunity: Bookkeeping Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our bookkeeping team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record daily financial transactions.
• Maintain and update accounting ledgers and journals.
• Reconcile client's bank accounts to ensure accurate records.
• Input clients transactional data into appropriate accounting software.
• Update financial databases for accurate and accessible information.
• Process timesheets, prepare payroll entries, and distribute pay slips.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• A Commerce graduate with good English communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers, including email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new processes, adapt, and perform effectively.
