Role : Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Mode : Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

- Oversee end-to-end project execution within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Foster team growth and create an engaging work environment.

- Mitigate risks and uphold industry best practices.

- Collaborate with enterprise clients and stakeholders to align project objectives.

Desired Skills & Competencies :

BFSI Domain Expertise :

- Strong understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance industry processes, regulations, and compliance.

Project Management Mastery :

- Proven ability to lead projects effectively with strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Enterprise Client Experience :

- Experience working with enterprise clients, managing large-scale BFSI projects.

Technical Acumen :

- Either .NET or Java background with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing software development projects.

Risk & Compliance Knowledge :

- Understanding of financial risk management, regulatory frameworks, and cybersecurity in BFSI.

Communication & Leadership :

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
