** Role & responsibilities
1. Preparing the weekly management Report.
2. Identifying and highlighting critical points to top facilitating in preparing Risk mitigation plan .
3. Attending Design Development, Budget and Quality review meetings
4. Facilitating the communication between all the stakeholders ofthe project and aligning the team from pre-construction to postconstruction stage.
5. Discussing and implementing the Project strategies in co-ordination with HOD and Project planning and execution team.
6. Co-ordinating with billing team from site, HO and accounts team for facilitating smoother payment process which can hamper project progress.
7. Project Co-ordination- Understand the requirement (viz drawings, plans, approvals, materials etc.) amongst all projects and co-ordinate with respective department.
8. Track project schedule understand probable delays expected pit falls; Cost to Complete tracking; To ensure budget under control; Follow up Accounts department for payments.
