Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Digital Marketing Team Leader to manage and guide our night-shift digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will oversee e-commerce campaigns, ensure the timely execution of tasks, and achieve performance goals. This role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset, and expertise in digital marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Team Management

• Lead and supervise the digital marketing team during
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster collaboration and resolve team challenges efficiently.

E-Commerce Strategy Execution.Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns Organic and paid for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce).

• Implement and optimize strategies for SEO, Google PPC and email marketing, and social media advertising.

Performance Analysis

• Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance e-commerce performance.

________________________________________Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics (GA4), Google search console, Ahref, Semrush, and HubSpot).
• Management of team members and resource allocations in an effective way to attain best output and productivity.
• Having strong understanding of Google analytics tools such as GA4 and its custom tracking capacity with respect to ecommerce process flow and user heat map on navigation and journey.
• Having Good understanding on SEO campaigns which are launched on search engine and how to scale them.
• Communicate and coordinate with day-shift teams for a seamless transition of tasks
• Handle time-sensitive issues and troubleshoot problems proactively at the best rate on time.
• Ensure website content and landing pages are optimized for performance and user experience.
• Test and refine ad creative, keywords, and targeting parameters.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and content writers to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Should be able to create custom reports and Dashboards at GA4 backend as per requirm
• Proficiency in digital advertising tools (e.g., Bing Ads Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager. Insta Ads).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
