Motion Graphics Designer/Editor | SunTec India | Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms, using fast-moving and engaging video styles.
• Produce 2D animations for voiceover demo videos, and explainer videos, to deliver impactful, clear messaging.
• Create videos for marketplace listings like Amazon, ensuring they meet platform requirements and showcase products in the best light.
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs, discuss ideas, and incorporate client feedback.
• Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic and animation projects.
• Visual storytelling: Develop compelling narratives from storyboards to final animation.
• Create high-impact motion graphics: Bring designs, illustrations, and animations to life for social media, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Handle compositing, color correction, and object removal to enhance video quality.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline the editing workflow and explore new effects that have the potential to go viral.
• Stay updated on video editing trends and 2D animation styles, experimenting with new techniques.
• Translate scripts and concepts into visually engaging and cohesive stories, maintaining strong pacing and rhythm.
• Apply color grading and audio mixing techniques to create polished, professional videos.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, codecs, and file formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time.
• Contribute innovative ideas to brainstorming sessions, elevating the creative process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in motion graphics design, 2D animation, and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects (for social media content, motion graphics, and visual effects)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (with knowledge of plugins and advanced editing techniques)
• Adobe Photoshop (basic image work for assisting video production)
• DaVinci Resolve Studio (color correction, Fusion, compositing, and editing)
• CapCut and other NLE software
• 2D Animation (for voiceovers, explainer videos, cinemagraphs)
• Audacity (for audio editing and enhancement)
• Ability to think outside the box and create content that converts, as well as content that adapts to viral trends.
• A strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
• Strong AI tool usage to optimize workflows and explore trendsetting effects.
• Eager to experiment with new techniques and continuously learn new skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability to changing trends in video editing and motion graphics, with a proactive attitude toward learning.

This is a full time Work from Office position in Delhi. Remote/Hybrid work not available.
