Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled LMS Administrator to join our Edutech team. The

ideal candidate will manage our Learning Management System and collaborate with

stakeholders to provide a seamless and engaging learning experience. This role involves

handling data management, analyzing student performance, and continuously

enhancing the LMS to meet organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

LMS Administration:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring it functions smoothly.
• Ensure system security, manage upgrades, and perform regular backups.
• Troubleshoot and provide user support for the LMS, this may involve

collaborating with cross functional teams.

Data Management and Analytics:

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of user data and content within the LMS.
• Generate reports and perform in-depth data analysis, including student

performance metrics and course engagement trends.

• Use analytics to derive actionable insights for improving learning outcomes and

optimizing the LMS experience.

Content Management and Learning Paths:

• Design learning paths, curricula, and set up new courses.
• Ensure course materials are accurate, engaging, and accessible to all users.
• Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts to upload and

manage content.

Technical Integration:

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the LMS with other tools and technologies.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance the LMS functionality.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Training:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic teams, IT,

and learners, to ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and create easy-to-follow guides and

resources for LMS navigation.

Innovation and Accessibility:

• Stay updated with the latest LMS trends and innovations.
• Ensure course materials meet accessibility standards and explore assistive

technologies to support diverse learner needs.
