Production Executive

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure safe and efficient operations in the Yeast drying area
• Operate dryer as per SOP and deliver First time right quality with target efficiency.
• Maintain the documentation of drying operation parameter with accuracy.
• Take samples and perform tests as per SOP to ensure the processes run as intended.
• Coordination with Filtration and Packing teams to ensure adherence to the packing plan
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of drying equipment with Engineering team.
• Perform all the cleaning of the equipment, pipelines, their accessories and dryer area as per SOP.
• Analyse machine/equipment operation parameters to detect malfunction early and minimize breakdown.
• Handle and manage chemicals safely, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Reporting and Communication

• Coordination with Filtration and Quality team for in-process sampling and QC activities
• Monitor and communicate utility consumption to the line manager and improve operational efficiency.

Reporting to supervisor for any abnormalities/improvements/troubleshooting in the process area

Preferred candidate profile

• BSC/Diploma or equivalent ---Preferred
• ITI in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) or equivalent.
