Develop, execute an action plan regarding IBOs Growth & Development, Business Expansion & Marketing Activities
Work along with marketing team for market expansion with the help of social media, market reach programs and other key Sunrider activity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development & Marketing:
- Provide training, coaching, directing, identify, develop IBOs & leaders to duplicate the develop the new market.
- Planning, executing, monitoring, supervising, rank recognition, managing local and regional events monthly.
- Monthly leaders meeting on market activities feedback, review, proposals, planned activities ahead.
- Market visits for business building activities and geographical expansion for continuous growth.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sale opportunities.
- Developing ranks forecast, sales and new joiners monthly.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Address IBOs, FAQs, customers satisfaction issues promptly.
- Provide weekly reports to the country manager.
- Monthly Regional Training on duty for translation and/or IBO Leaders communication and invites.
- Plan local promotions, local campaigns, local incentives- preparing, executing with results-oriented activities, follow-up activities.
