Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and maintain the MDs calendar, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and manage professional correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all communications.
• Oversee and assist with key organizational projects and initiatives.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare briefing documents and analytical reports for decision-making.
• Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation.
• Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for the MD.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of board meetings and presentations.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
