Sr Technical Program Manager, Cloud Systems

Technical Program Manager of Cloud Systems, you will tackle critical modernization projects and challenges at Clinisys, influencing our global technology organization to run efficiently, effectively, and securely on the cloud to delight our customers. Our team seeks to bridge the gaps between functions and product teams, to drive solutions to optimize our platforms, and to coordinate cross-organizational dependencies.

What You ll Do:

• Manage large-scale, cross-organizational programs, integrations, and migrations.

• Interview global stakeholders to understand their workflows and challenges, help them automate, and optimize their operations.

• Own aspects of our global platforms related to cloud operations, hosting, system validation, security, networking, and integration.

• Contribute to optimizing our cloud architecture and infrastructure, coordinating resources to accomplish team goals.

• Build partnerships with critical vendors to fill out platform capabilities.

• Develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, identify & manage risks, track progress, and report the same to Senior Leadership.

• Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.

• Train on relevant industry trends and apply best practices.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development engineers, product managers, CloudOps engineers and DevOps analysts.

• Establish and enforce best practices in cloud governance and architecture.

• Identify bottlenecks, optimize services, and enhance platform performance for our global product systems.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical program managers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in technical program management.

• 3+ years of experience with hands-on software engineering with C++, Java, Python, or C#/.NET

• Experience with end-to-end SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, Data Engineering, ETL, workflow automation.

• Experience with developing systems on a major cloud platform (i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences from frontline staff to C-Suite executives.

• Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications: (any are a plus)

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with IT Operations, ITIL, ISIL

• Experience developing products considering regulatory compliance, HIPAA, GDPR, or healthcare data privacy

• Workflow discovery, documentation, design, and optimization

• Experience with CLIA, CAP, or lab validation procedures for LIMS software systems; Automated Validation tool experience.

• Experience with healthcare and lab integration middleware; HL7, FHIR messaging formats

• Understanding of networking, APIs, TCP/IP, API gateways, NAT gateways, VPCs/VNETs

• Software Architecture, Microservices, Design Patterns

• C#, .NET, RDBMS (Oracle or SQL Server), k8s, docker

• Healthcare Data / Schemas

• Experience migrating critical systems and products to cloud platforms.

• Experience with Azure architecture and infrastructure.

• Scientific domain experience, i.e. pharma biotech, genomics, or clinical labs

• Experience developing or implementing LIMS, LIS or other laboratory workflow software.
