Sales & Business Development Officer

Role & responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by selling all Paint Products to retail customers within their assigned territories & ensure maximum product placement and penetration in assigned retail stores.
• This role involves a comprehensive approach to the sales cycle, including customer engagement, demand generation, product demonstrations, and collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, painters, and customers. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to address their specific needs. Identify and onboard new retail outlets in the assigned territory to expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular & targeted visits to existing customers to ensure proper stocks levels of our products & brand visibility & generate business through demand generation activities and product demonstrations. Collaborate with the technical team to customize products when necessary, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Perform the complete sales cycle, from order collection to payment processing. Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales customer services to enhance the share of wallet in existing customer accounts. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate material planning and forecasting to meet customer demands. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both dealers and end-users to foster long-term partnerships. Work closely with the technical team to introduce new products tailored to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective marketing activities within the assigned territory. Coordinate with the supply chain and commercial teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
