Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team in Indore.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and experience in managing company finances effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Maintain and update financial records in Tally Prime and other accounting software.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.

- Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
