Rico - eCommerce Accounts Manager (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and reconcile online accounts for marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Retail Sellers, Alpha Sellers, and other online platforms.

- Manage accounts for sales on our Shopify website.

- Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and perform comprehensive reconciliations.

- Handle accounting for all e-commerce transactions.

- Generate and provide financial MIS reports to management.

- Execute and manage all claim processes, including raising cases and tickets on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces for payment discrepancies.

- Follow up with buyers for outstanding payments.

- Perform daily tracking and reconciliation of all retail revenue, including store, e-commerce, and marketplace sales.

- Drive the month-end closing process for the e-commerce business.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum (3+ years) of experience in e-commerce accounting or a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with processing invoices, accounts payable, and reconciliation.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to e-commerce.

- Experience with managing accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify platforms.

- Proficiency in generating financial MIS reports.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
