The IT company Andersen invites a Go Developer in India to work on a large-scale project in the field of Information Technology and Services.
The customer is an international passenger and cargo transportation service. It is among the top 3 mobile services for ordering rides in the world: 150 million installations, 1 billion trips, 600+ cities in 45 countries.
The projects are focusing on different areas such as enhancing the user flow, optimizing the driver flow, or relaunching the customer functionalities in new regions.
Technology stack: Go, PHP, Android, iOS, Kotlin, Java, React, ReactNative, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Nats, HTTP/HTTPS, GRPC, GraphQL, ELK, AWS, K8S, Github Actions.
Work format: Onsite job from the office located in Bangalore 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and improving the functionality of back-end services.
- Developing new functionality.
- Conducting code reviews, writing integration and unit tests.
- Optimizing data warehouses and reporting processes for large volumes.
- Modifying the use of queues.
- Developing tools to save costs on external APIs.
- Developing solutions specific to application use case countries.
- Meeting deadlines and participating in development planning in close collaboration with other members of the development team.
- Participating in system design and architectural decisions with the team.
Must-haves:
- Experience as a Go Developer for 3+ years.
- Experience in developing and designing applications on microservice architecture.
- Experience working with high-load systems.
- Experience with MySQL, Redis.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (ELK).
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs (Rest, GRPC).
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Knowledge of build and deployment automation tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Kafka, Nuts standards protocol.
- Interest in new technologies, tools for automating development processes.
- Responsibility, the desire to work in a team and develop.
- Level of English from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with AWS.
