Project Manager IV, Solutions Implementation-IT Project Manager

The Role:

Project manage core to advanced complexity solution implementations for Customers in the space of Managed Services (On Premise and Cloud), Colocation Services, Disaster Recovery Services (Cloud and Physical). Support large / complex customer environments decommission projects / programs. Assigned to non-complex customer infrastructure consolidation and / or migration programs under the supervision of a Program Manager and / or Senior Management.

What You ll Do:

• Develop and manage project plan for customer implementation projects (Colo, Managed services, RS).
• Establish project scope with stakeholders and manage implementations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage predominantly Advanced and Complex projects from contract to production.
• Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment through coordination of the project kickoff.
• Define resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
• Create strategies for proactive risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
• Direct and oversee project engineering team and manage conflicts within group.
• Efficiently identify and solve project implementation issues.
• Maintain technical and project documentation.
• Good organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly status meetings with stakeholders.
• Document and track open issues for client and project team.
• Maintain project artifacts by ensuring all client information/documentation
• is stored in central repository, and client folders are up to date and contain correct data.
• Own and Govern end to end project lifecycle.
• Provide off hours support as & when needed.
• Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11 s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
• Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies.
• Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are & What You ll Bring:

• Graduation or equivalent work experience required (Engineering Graduation preferred).
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading projects.
• PRINCE2 / PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner or PMP Certification.
• Proficiency in developing & maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Data Centre Management terminologies & practices.
• Experience with IT Disaster Recovery concepts & best practices.
• Risk assessment & management on time bound projects.
• Must be able to work in assigned country without a visa sponsorship.
