The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of stationery products. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Promote and sell stationery products to retail stores, schools, offices, and individual customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Identify new sales opportunities and actively seek out new clients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Product Knowledge & Promotion:
• Stay updated on the latest stationery products and industry trends.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Sales Administration & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales (preferably in the stationery industry).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
