Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The primary role is to contact potential and existing customers by phone to inform them about our products or services, generate sales, and achieve targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound and Inbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers and provide detailed product/service information.
Sales Generation:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Close sales deals effectively to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on company offerings, features, and benefits to communicate effectively.
- Suggest upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up on potential leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
Market Research:
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights to improve products and services.
- Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the management team.
Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and legal guidelines during interactions.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., e-commerce, recruitment, etc.] is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and resilient with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
