Areas of Responsibility

1. Participation in Basic Engg. & Conceptual Stage of Project
2. Preparing Conceptual schedules
3. Preparing detailed activities for Individual stream
4. Preparing L1, L2 , L3 Schedule for individual Project
5. Creating Look ahead for individual stream for all Project
6. Understand and highlight critical activities of each project and delay causing due to them
7. Up-dation of Current Month Activities
8. Preparation Detailed Monthly Report and Monthly Summary Report
9. Participation at Various site Kick of Meeting and Interaction with Individual contractor for Project Progress
10. Periodical site visit for Progress Monitoring of Individual Project
11. Coordinate with various stakeholders - senior management, functional department heads, project managers, team leads and other users - for managing various projects and related processes in Primavera.
12. Understand integration needs between Primavera and other application systems and coordinating with the internal project managers / external vendors / implementation partners to get it done.
13. Create customized templates and reports in Primavera as may be required by the various stakeholders.
14. Manage System Administration activities in Primavera
