Pega Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Must have experience in designing application from Scratch, designing situational layer cake & Enterprise class structure and Mapping of Organization structure, Data Modeling best practices.
• Must have experience on Pega API, Integration And JavaScript API, Listeners, Email Channel
• Must have knowledge of Object oriented development concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, CBAC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for requirement gathering, design thinking sessions and derive DCO sessions.
• Lead development team technically and ensure implementation of Pega best practice.
• Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of user stories as per Pega best practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure all compliances with application quality.
• Mandatory certification: Pega CSA & CSSA.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 to 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience on Pega Development.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking.
