We have Japanese requirement with one of our client in Gurgaon,

Please find the below job details.

Duration: 3 months

Location: Gurgaon (work from office)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency:
• Japanese Language: N3/N2 level
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional team
• Experience (Optional): Good to have prior experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure one can accurately understand client requirements, communicate effectively, and navigate technical documents in the respective languages

• Translate client requirements and inquiries from respective language to English
• Accurately enter and process quote information into relevant client systems
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all quote data
• Collaborate with sales teams to clarify requirements in their language and resolve any discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and create documentation wherever required
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
