Job Description
- Coordinate with consultant architects, R.C.C Specialists & Elevation Architect of all on going projects.
- Working on DCPR 2034.
- Prepare New Project Reports & check its viability.
- Check all Drawings & rectifications as required, in consultation with Municipal Architect, R.C.C Specialists & Site Engineers.
- Brochure design for projects from sales point of view.
- Prepare basic plan of new projects as required.
- Selecting furnishes like Tiles, Sanitary wares & other finishing items of projects.
- Keep the company updated with new architecture products, trend in market etc. as per company policies & vision of the Company.
- Site Visits once in a week.
- Follow up the progress of each site in consultation with Director.
- Handling Team of Architects and Draughtsman.
- Miscellaneous architectural work like lobby entrance, sample flats, ground work etc.
- Any Other miscellaneous responsibilities as delegated by the Management.
