Architect/Senior Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills with the ability to express ideas quickly, clearly and concisely.
• Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development and ensure project goals in design, execution, and sustainability are met.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Stay in constant touch with vendors, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Maintain project manual and specifications (PID)
• Conduct and document site visits and RFIs during construction
• Develop internal and client presentations
• Take responsibility, where required by Team Lead, for specific areas of the design and project development.
• Support growth of subordinates.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years of relevant design and project handling experience.
• Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Exhibits a Design Centric and Research oriented approach
• Should have dedicated Commercial/residential experience.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• The architect should be well versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/ WELL
• Excellent communicator with strong presentations skills written, oral and graphic.
