We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager/ Marketing Executive to join our team and lead marketing initiatives while strengthening client relationships across the country.

Job Summary

As the Marketing Manager/Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive business growth. The position involves extensive travel to client locations and project sites to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Sumcon Infraventures' services in railway civil construction.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities by analysing market trends and client needs.
• Oversee branding, corporate communication, and promotional activities to ensure a consistent message across all channels.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including railway authorities and contractors.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.

3. Market Research & Business Development

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pitch for new projects.

4. Team Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams across 22+ sites to gather information and success stories for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for advertising, printing, and promotional needs.

5. Travel & On-Site Engagement

• Travel extensively to client locations, project sites, and industry events as required.
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A Masters degree (MBA) in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

• 2-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and client relationships.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of railway infrastructure and civil construction projects is a plus.
