Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on motion graphics to join our dynamic marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating captivating visuals and animations using tools like After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. This role requires a creative mind with a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to bring designs to life through motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics & Animation:

- Create engaging motion graphics for social media, product demos, ads, and promotional campaigns.

- Develop animations that effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, visually appealing manner.

Visual Design & Branding:

- Design creative assets, including banners, infographics, email templates, presentations, and social media visuals.

- Ensure all designs and animations align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.

Creative Conceptualization:

- Develop fresh and innovative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design concepts for ads, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the product, marketing, and development teams to translate project requirements into visually stunning designs and animations.

- Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs to achieve project goals.

Trends & Innovation:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, design tools, and techniques to keep the brand visually dynamic and impactful.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Experience: 2–4 years in graphic design and motion graphics, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in animation and diverse design projects.

- Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

- Familiarity with design guidelines for web and mobile platforms.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with video editing tools and advanced motion graphic techniques.

- Familiarity with fintech or SaaS platforms.
