Job Description

Client Relationship Management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and goals.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients regarding hiring strategies.

Recruitment Project Coordination.

Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the timely delivery of top-tier candidates.

Monitor the progress of open roles, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure recruitment solutions align with clients' expectations and business objectives.

Account Growth and Business Development.

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing new services or solutions.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.

Partner with the sales team to identify and convert leads into long-term accounts.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting.

Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on account performance, recruitment outcomes, and market trends.

Proactively address any challenges or issues that may impact client satisfaction.

Market Insights and Strategy.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Provide clients with insights on talent market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.

Requirements Education Experience.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Proven experience (48 years) in account management, client relations, or recruitment services.

Skills Competencies.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.

Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.

Proficiency in CRM systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.
