Internship (IP)

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IP Intern to assist in the protection and management of SS Innovations' intellectual property assets. As an IP Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the legal aspects of IP management, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in intellectual property law within a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and filing patent and trademark applications.
• Conduct prior art searches and IP landscape analysis.
• Monitor competitor patents and industry trends.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the IP portfolio database.
• Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to identify potential IP opportunities.
• Support in IP due diligence and licensing activities.
• Aid in responding to office actions and patent-related communications.
• Assist in drafting non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), licensing agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide administrative support to the IP team as required.
