Job Description
MaxVal offers internship opportunities for LL.B./LL.M. students to work onGlobal patent laws litigation/disputes/opposition procedures in variouscountry courts patent offices.
The following conditions must be observed:
1. Applicants should already have a sound theoreticalknowledge and have successfully completed the second semester.
2. Applications will spend their internship researchingpatent laws and procedures in various jurisdictions. Interns will have toconduct legal research on relevant intellectual property laws, and regulations.
3. The internship lasts between ten and twelve weeks basedon agreed upon terms.
