Support the configuration of the Salesforce environment according to clientspecifications and project scope
Design and provide training for clients at various levels, including administrator and endusers based on project implementation goals.
Conduct discovery meetings with clients to determine requirements as appropriate
Follow best practices and standards in software design, development, and deployment.Develop full migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategicneeds of the client.Internal Responsibilities
Own project delivery through full implementation lifecycle on multiple simultaneousprojects.
Configure solutions with Salesforce products, as needed to complete project goals. Planand execute data migrations from legacy data systems to Salesforce. Investigate andimplement third party tools that integrate with Salesforce.
Partner with the internal development team to create custom code, including composingof user stories, testing, and deployment
Provide weekly governance reports in a timely manner on overall project(s) status toproject PM
Requirements
3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant
Salesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications arepreferred
Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, developdesigns, and implement custom solutions
Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user storyprioritization and solid UAT guidelines required
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration toolslike JIRA and Teams are required
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as workindependently is necessary
Demonstrated business aptitude with the ability to translate practical business conceptsinto technical specifications.
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skillsand presentation skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands.
Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business andtechnical subject matters quickly.
