Production Store manager

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of production materials and supplies.
Manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of materials for production while avoiding overstock or shortages.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss, damage, or theft of materials.
Production Support:

Ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and tools needed for production on time.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies, minimizing production delays.
Monitor and track usage of materials, ensuring efficient utilization to minimize waste.
Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the store team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Motivate and guide the team to meet productivity and efficiency goals.
Ensure team members adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Foster a collaborative work environment to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
Quality Control and Compliance:

Ensure that all materials and products stored meet quality standards and are stored in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections of the storage areas and production floors to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
